Mediation Services
Richard Cavadino can provide a range of alternatives for mediations as follows:
Small disputes (up to £5,000 value) 2 or 3 hour mediation
Medium disputes (£5,000 to £15,000) 3 or 4 hour mediation
Larger disputes (up to £50,000) 4 hour mediation. This can however be flexible and run into full day if settlement is looking likely after 4 hours.
Full day mediations are normal for disputes over £50,000 or in smaller but complicated disputes. It is also possible to extend into a second day if appropriate.
Fees are agreed in advance and divided equally between the parties Payment is required prior to the Mediation day. Please contact us for a fee quotation.
Parties are expected to arrange a venue (usually neutral) although this can be arranged for them if requested.
Quantity Surveying and Project Management
Richard Cavadino has many years of experience in the Construction Industry working on almost every kind of building project.
He is actively engaged in current projects both as quantity surveyor and Project Manager / Employers Agent and continues to offer these services to the industry.
Architectural and Contract Administration Services
Richard Cavadino has formed an association with Alan G Haines Associates Architects to provide a full Architectural Design and Contract Administration service. If required this can also involve quantity surveying duties.
